Home Repair and Remodeling

At A Well Home, Inc. we are proficient with carpentry, drywall and tile. We can repair most electrical and plumbing issues and can always give a fresh look to your painted surfaces.

Second Home Management (MA Only)

People worry about real estate purchases. Especially if it is a second (or 3rd or 4th) home and they will be elsewhere for much of the year. We enjoy wonderful weather and a great quality of life here on the Cape. But, we do get severe weather, even in the summer. Rain, wind and snow will take a toll on any property and owners want to know that 'All is Well' while they are away.

A Well Home, Inc. Second Home Management is a premier provider of peace of mind for second home owners. We offer an encompassing stream of services all targeted at preserving the integrity of your clients' investment. From comprehensive property visits every two weeks (see list of included services), establishing a high and low temperature range for the home, installation of an automatic water shut off system to stocking the fridge and putting a mint on the pillow*. A Well Home Inc. Second Home Management works with owner occupied homes only. As such, it is not a traditional property manager. We do not work with rented or leased properties. This allows us to give our undivided attention to the issues of your clients' second home.

Our clients have loved our builder liaison service. We make sure the “Punch List.” — always a part of the closing, gets done. They can know that “All is Well.”
